Generally these information consist of information included but not limited to: (1) your name and personal data including but not limited to your date of birth, weight, height etc. (2) your contact data (including your e-mail address, phone number, and billing and physical addresses); (3) your login information including your ID and password; (4) your choice of your certified healthcare service provider (“Provider”); (5) any information you provide when you contact or communicate with us; (6) payment information including Bank Account Number, Bkash Number or any mobile financial services provider; (7) insurance information; and (8) the location of your device through which you access Dr. Live.
Personal Health Information contains included but not limited to medical history, history of previous doctors or other healthcare service providers, your reason for visiting a healthcare service provider, details of previous Doctor visit including date of visit, prescription, medications, previous diagnosis and reports, previous family history with regards to medical issues and other medical and health information you share with us.
Along with the information provided by you, we may also collect certain information about you from Providers who provided treatment or other services to you in connection with Dr. Live. This information may include, but is not limited to, the Provider’s diagnoses, recommended advice, treatment plans and medical notes. We may also receive information from third parties including insurances, employers, who pay for your care or provide you with treatment, laboratory care or prescription for medication, which may include, for example, your prescription history, medical record, admission and discharge certificates, insurance policy, insurance eligibility and coverage, and laboratory test results. This Personal Health Information will form a core part of your electronic health record.
Apart from the information mentioned above Dr. Live may also gather non-personal information about your computer or device and your use of Dr.Live. The analytics used for this purpose will not identify you as an individual but rather as an anonymous user. The collection of this non-personal data is in order for us to learn more about your and our other Members’ online behaviour so that we can improve our Application and general marketing purposes to provide a better experience while using our Application for all the Members’ needs.

Through our Application, Healthcare Professionals specifically the Doctors will be providing you with medical and clinical consultations and services. As the healthcare professionals providing online medical and clinical services through Dr. Live, we understand that information about you and your health is personal. Because of this, we strive to maintain the confidentiality of your health information. We continuously seek to safeguard that information through administrative, physical and technical means while abiding by applicable national and divisional guidelines. We will make sure, as your identity is private, it will never be shared without your consent and the Personal identifiable information is not visible to others at time or moment and Phone contacts and data are confidential and will not be used/accessed without your permission.
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties without your explicit consent. The following describes some of the ways that your information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business to provide our services:
Aggregated Data. We aggregate data and use and disclose such information for a variety of purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you personally.
Members. We may share with our Users data regarding usage by Members of their Portfolios. For example, we may provide a User with information about what web page the Member/s visited before coming to their Portfolios and how their Members interacted with their Portfolios. This is so Users can analyze the usage of their Portfolios and improve their services.
Public Areas of the Platform. All of your activities in the public areas of the Platform will be identifiable to your User ID, and other people can see your published content.
Subsidiaries and Affiliates; Service Providers. We may from time to time use the services of affiliates, subsidiaries and unrelated service providers in the operation of the Platform, and may disclose personal information to them in the course of our use of their services. For example, we may use the services of third-party hosting companies to host the operation of the Platform. Please note that, for technical reasons, there is likely to be a delay in deleting your personal Information from our systems when you ask us to delete it. We send an email to the email address you give us. If you give us an incorrect email address we will unknowingly send an email to the wrong person. The SMS/text messages we send you are not secure because they are unencrypted. Other people may be able to read and SMS/text messages we send you and any SMS/text messages you send us. SMS/text messages we send you will include your telephone number. It will be clear that SMS/text messages we send you have come from Dr. Live.
Dr. Live is always vigilant regarding the safety of your information as such various administrative, technical and physical safeguards are employed to look after the Information that we hold electronically on our servers. However, despite of having all the necessary measures, no system is full-proof and we cannot guarantee that our systems and your Information will not be hacked or otherwise compromised by unauthorized third parties.
Dr. Live intends to provide Services within the Geographical territory of Bangladesh; As such, this Privacy Policy along with our collection, use, and disclosure of your Information, is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We do not represent or warrant that our Services are appropriate or available for use in any other jurisdiction. If you choose to access or use our Services from outside Bangladesh, you do so on your own initiative and solely at your own risk.

As an user of Dr. Live, You represent and warrant that all the Information you provide in relation to using Dr. Live is true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to maintain and promptly update such Information, as and when necessary, to keep it valid, current and updated. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such Information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate the use of Dr. Live.
Further if you provide any information while accessing or using Dr. Live, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use such information and if there are any dispute regarding any information provided to Dr. Live by you, then you will be solely responsible for any liability and Dr. Live cannot be held liable for any such dispute.
You acknowledge that our Services are subject to the laws of Bangladesh and consent to the transfer of your Information to Bangladesh.
